Catalyst is used for the sulphur removal from the natural or exhaust gases of chemical and metallurgical plants. The elementary sulphur, obtained in result of the chemical reaction, is a raw material for the sulphuric acid and mineral fertilizers production.
The catalytic process is follows:
2Н2S + SO2 ↔ 3/n Sn + 2Н2О
